FINAL THOUGHTS

THANK YOU FOR TAKING THIS TOUR.

Let me share some of my thoughts about this property.

1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

The location is next to a huge private nature preserve.
The location is walking distance from Alderwood Mall.
The location in Lynnwod has easy access to I-5 and the new light rail station.

2. NO NEIGHBORS, EVER!

So often, people buy a nice home near a greenbelt,
and the next year, the greenbelt turns into a giant apartment building.
Yikes!
Forests get cut down, traffic gets worse,
the view and privacy are gone!

No worries, my friend!

This nature preserve has recorded documents that make it
permanently off-limits for any sort of development.
A Native Growth Protective Area is a valuable neighbor to have.
Meanwhile, there will NEVER be a fence in the backyard,
with screaming kids, barking dogs, a fighting couple,
or loud music just feet away on the other side.
Just permanent peace, quiet, solitude and
the serenity of a view that seems
straight out of Yellowstone National Park.

3. PARADISE FOR GARDENERS

You have seen the luxurious growth and prolific blooms
in the Xeric Garden, which is never watered
and even is exposed to the pollution of a city street.
The plants in the back yard are even more spectacular.
Vegetable gardens produce bushels of vegetables,
and are overflowing with flowers.
Even the weeds offer gorgeous flowers without any work.
Any gardening effort you invest will be richly rewarded with vegetables and blooms.

4. ASTONISHING PRIVACY

There is simply no easy view into the backyard.
The already tall street fence
is also built on land higher than the sidewalk
due to the slope of the land.
The house itself shields the yard
from street noise and prying eyes.
The circular driveway itself is
mostly invisible to anyone driving past.

5. A PARADISE FOR NATURE LOVERS

Sure, there are other greenbelts, but nothing like this.
If you sit outside, or even regularly look out the windows
you will be delighted with the antics of Otters,
the hard work of the beavers, the sweet families of ducks,
the gorgeous but shy painted turtles and all the other visitors to the pond.

My advice is to keep your binoculars within easy reach.
